Customer Service Team (CS Team) came into full operation on 15 December 2021. CS Team will disseminate information on water seepage in buildings, promote understanding of water seepage matters, the responsibility of the owners and the work of the Government, engage property management agents and professional bodies, and advise on practical ways to resolve water seepage disputes.
