In addition to the establishment of Regional Joint Offices, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has set up the Customer Service Team (CS Team) in December 2021. CS Team aims to disseminate information about water seepage in buildings, engage with property management agents, foster understanding of water seepage matters, owners' obligations and the work of the Government, and advise on practical ways to settle water seepage conflicts. In this connection, members of the CS team will convene seminars and conduct promotional activities to the public so as to deliver the aforesaid messages.
